I have started to drink almond milk. It has a weird aftertaste. There are some flavoured ones. I will try those to see if it taste better than the 'original' almond milk.
I will try to go grocery shopping on Sat afternoon. I want to buy a small container of yogurt to try it. I have never tried yogurt before. I am thinking maybe, if I like it, start having a yogurt parfait with oatmeal (or another type of grain), and fruit. I also want to buy some frozen fruit to make shakes and use on waffles.
My swimming lessons are going well. I missed the first class because I was sick. Since then, I have been to all my lessons. I learned to front float, back float, front glide, back glide, front glide with kicking, back glide with kicking. Today we worked on side (left and right) gliding with a float board. I get so tired after swimming lessons. I just feel like going home and crashing.
