Wed, aug 3

Breakfast
- caramel yogurt with banana and strawberries
- one multivitamin
- one fish oil
- one calcium

Lunch
- pasta with beef and tomato sauce
- kale salad
- melons and grapes

3 cups of water during work

Dinner
- one small slovaki skewer
- half a sausage
- salad (consists of lettuce, tomatoes, nuts, crasins, yellow bell peppers, cucumber, mushrooms)

Night snack
- grapes
