I went grocery shopping on Sat and I bought lots of healthy foods.
My 'healthy' grocery list:
- frozen berries
- frozen waffles
- croissant
- frozen salad shrimps
- chicken breasts
- salad
- red peppers
- avocados
- bagels
- strawberry cream cheese
- celery
- mushrooms
Hopefully I have time to make a healthy lunch everyday.
