Breakfast - rice and taro

- 1 glass of mango juice
- 1 glass of water
- 6 mini spring rolls

Lunch - buns with tofu and beef

- 1 glass of water
- 1 multivitamin gel cap
- 1 calcium gel cap

Dinner - small bowl of pho
- jackfruit shake

Exercise - none :(
