Getting into gear

I was still feeling a bit sick this morning.

Breakfast - 2 small bowls of chicken soup

Lunch - one bowl of sticky rice and Chinese sausage

Snack - small berry smoothie from Yogen Fruz

Dinner - small bowl of pho

After dinner snack - small papaya milk bubble tea

Exercise - Does walk around the mall count?? ...if not, then no exercise today :(
