Thanksgiving Weekend

It wasn't about turkey dinners for me this weekend.

Saturday - I was at my friends birthday celebration. It was full of snacks and good food (and drinks). It wasn't a good day to start my diet. I didn't do any exercises.

Sunday - I had McDonald's for breakfast. I had pho (my favourite food) for lunch. I had a shake from Starbucks as my afternoon snack. I had a gazillion wings while watching the Canucks at Wings. It wasn't a good day to start my diet. I didn't do any exercises.

Monday - It was my friends wedding. In the morning, I forgot to eat breakfast. After the wedding ceremony, there was light refreshments (sandwiches, fruit, desserts, sushi and drinks). I had 1/4 of a pumpkin pie as an afternoon snack. It was a Chinese banquet dinner. That means a 10 course meal. This wasn't a good day to start my diet. I didn't have time to do any exercises.

Tuesday - I was feeling sick. That means no good food for me. I didn't feel eating food. It was all about soup today. It wasn't a good day to start my diet. I am skipping my first night of swimming lessons. I didn't think anyone there would appreciate me passing them bad germs.
