Breakfast - rice and taro
- glass of mango juice with 10 drops of trace minerals
- 1 glass of water
- small piece of mango strawberry cake
Lunch - rice with beef and tofu
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 multivitamin gel cap
- 1 calcium gel cap
- mini moon cake
Dinner - vermicelli with Vietnamese ham, egg and chicken
Exercise - rested at nite, still a tad bit sick
