Started to take my vitamins

Breakfast - bowl of rice with some fish and green beans

Lunch - medium size bowl congee with chicken and century egg
- took one multivitamin gel cap
- took one calcium gel cap
- had one glass of water with 10 drops of trace minerals

3 pm - tiny piece of chocolate

Dinner - bowl of rice with tofu, ground beef and taro
- one glass of soya milk

10 pm - one glass of soya milk

Exercise - 45 min swimming lesson
