Breakfast - rice with chicken and veggies
- glass of coconut juice with 10 drops of trace minerals
Lunch - turkey with spinach salad (with almonds, yellow bell peppers, feta cheese and strawberries)
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 multivitamin gel cap
- 1 calcuim gel cap
Dinner - rice with pork and veggies
Exercise - 45 min swimming lesson
