Welcome to my first posting on my health and wellness blog!
This is where I will log in my exercises and my daily diet. I know I have to eat healthier and do more exercises. This is makes me more accountable if I have to log what I'm doing. It will be a simple blog. It will show what I ate that day and what exercises I did.
My goals:
Exercise - to do something active at least 3-4 times a week - could be a sport (ex. blading, hiking, aquafit, etc), strengthening activity (ex. yoga, pilates) or the gym (ex. weights, cardio)
Diet - to get enough nutrients in my body while consuming a healthy 1500 calories a day

Hmm, best wishes on your journey. I should be taking a similar journey too. The days of 6 cans of Coke are over. But I'm still eating too much fat pork ramen.
