New Health and Wellness Goals for 2016
Drink more water:
- one glass with breakfast
- 4 glasses during work (8:30 - 4:30pm)
- two glasses in the evenings
Eat more fruit
- one serving at breakfast
- one serving at lunch
- one serving at dinner
Walking
- 10,000 steps a day
