Breakfast

Last day of eating quiche and spinach

Snack

Ritz crackers with cheese

Lunch

Rotisserie chicken with BBQ sauce and carrots. The carrots were boiled then I added butter, lemon and pepper.

Dinner

Mini dinner was veggie pizza, made from pita bread, salsa, cheese, green peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Dessert

Chocolate pudding with ice cream at Sandbar.

Wed, sept 23, 2015

Breakfast

It is the same as the past few mornings, quiche with spinach.

Lunch

Same as the past few days: rotisserie chicken with BBQ sauce and salad.

Dinner

Mini dinner was stir fried noodles with beef and veggies. 

Larger dinner was Vietnamese crepes with Vietnamese ham.

Exercise

30 mins in the morning of cardio boxing

No zumba tonight

Dinner - Tues, sept 22, 2015

We had dinner at Su Hang Chinese Restaurant in Richmond. There were a bunch of dishes.

Breakfast and lunch - tues, sept 22, 2015

Breakfast

This morning's breakfast was the same as yesterday. It was the 'quiche' and a side of spinach. I had some ketchup on the quiche.

Lunch

It was the same as yesterdays too. It was a side of rotisserie chicken with BBQ sauce and a side salad.

Yesterday I only finished half my container of grapes. Today I finished the other half.

I am drinking water with lime. Today I started marking what time I drink it on the  bottle with the non-permanent marker. It gives me an idea if when I'm drinking my water.

Lunch and dinner - mon, sept 21, 2015

Lunch
Chicken and salad
Small portion of the rotisserie chicken with some BBQ sauce
Salad consists of lettuce, tomatoes, white onions, green peppers, crasins, grated marble cheddar cheese and mushrooms - I ate it with California dressing (similar to french dressing).
My fruit was green seedless grapes.
I ate all my food but only ate half my portion grapes. I was too full to finish it.
Dinner
Jenny and I went to Burgoo on Main St for dinner. We shared these two dishes.
Kentucky Burgoo
Slow cooked lamb, beef and smoked ham, Lima beans, corn, molasses, tomato and okra
Bbq pulled pork sandwich with side salad
Braised pulled pork with coleslaw on a baquette
Side salad was kale and quinoa salad
I had a tea to drink. We ate it all. I was full.
Dessert
My friend Christian asked me to join him and his buddies at Cactus Club at the trade and convention centre.
I had a chocolate lava cake and it was served with a scoop of ice cream.
I drank water. I had one bite left of the cake and ice cream. I couldn't finish it so I just got the waitress to take it away. I was so stuffed by then.

Daily meals

I have this 10lbs that won't go away. It's been 2 years. I need to get this 10 lbs off. Now I am going to keep track of my food intake and my exercise regiment.

Today's exercise: 1 - on Wii cardio boxing
