Lose 10lbs by March 16, 2013

I have this extra insulation in my body. My goal is to lose 10lbs of it by March 16, 2013.

Since November of last year (it's only been a few months, really), I have been doing the following exercises:

Boxerfit 
I was taking the Tues or Thurs night class at Ron Zalko. I bought a Groupon for it. It was the cheapest / best value groupon that I have bought. It was $20 for 20 lessons. I have only been to 4 lessons. It is extremely intense. It is really intense warm up then there is about 10-20 mins of boxing. Then the end of the class is core exercises. I am sore for the next two days. The lessons are from 6:30-7:30pm and we usually go to eat afterwards.

Zumba - Wednesdays
I am doing zumba on Wednesday nights with my cousin at Studio 604. It is $60 for 10 lessons, so that comes to $6 a class. It is a tiny bit more than I would like to spend on a lesson, but it's ok. Studio 604 is in Burnaby and it's close to my cousins house. It is taught by Lubna. Lubna is Bong's ex wife..haha.I thought it would be weird having her as a teacher. But everything is ok with us. The lessons are from 7:30 - 8:30pm.

Urban Health Club
My friend and I bought a Groupon for Urban Health Club for $20 for 10 lessons. We only used about 2 or 3 lessons so far.We can use the groupon for any classes they offer. We have been using it for zumba classes. Urban Health Club is located at Burrard and Davie.

iDance
Another two friends and I bought a Groupon for iDance for $49 for 10 lessons. When we got there, we got an opportunity to purchase more classes for a good deal. We bought 5 more classes for $25. We can use it for any of the dance lessons. We have used it once for Bollywood and once for the Dancers Bootcamp. Man, I am so bad at following dance steps. Learning to dance at a later stage in life is very difficult.

For the month of December, I didn't lose any weight at all. I actually think I gained a bit of weight because of all the massive Christmas gorging. Now back to the grind. I am aiming to do some kind of workout at least three times a week and eat out at restaurants a little bit less.
